Second floor tiled staircase with wrought iron banister leads to a large landing currently used as a small library. Two further double bedrooms each with en-suite double showers, wash hand basins, bidets and WCs.
The floors throughout the property are uniformly tiled and the decor is clean and fresh many rooms having been recently decorated. This property benefits from solar hot water (no water bills here!) and central heating. The solar electricity is linked to the mains. The controls and batteries for this system are housed in a newly built casita (shed) and workshop at the side of the house. The main garden is well stocked, low maintenance and has some newly planted fruit trees. There are four 1000 litre water storage tanks collecting rain water from the roofs and two outside water taps.
This ‘must see’ property has been beautifully and artistically appointed and makes an excellent family home in the quiet of the countryside. It would also be suitable for a B&B business. It is mains water with a ‘pozo negro’ (cesspit) sited underground in the almond orchard, for waste water / drainage. There are no outstanding debts or permissions on the property. The two nearest towns with all amenities are 8kms and 16 kms in opposite directions. There is a choice of three weekly markets in local villages. Granada is about 140kms.
