This five year old house is set on two floors with a single storey lounge and kitchen/diner and a large south-facing veranda.

The ground floor area (118m2) comprises office, store room, en-suite bedroom, lounge and kitchen/diner downstairs cloakroom. The second floor area (75m2) has a large landing and two further en-suite bedrooms.

The main garden, which surrounds the property, has two separate gates leading to an almond orchard with vegetable bed, a new poly tunnel and hen run.
